1. Players must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Tower Gaming SA and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
3. Tower Gaming reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so.
4. Once a Gold Card has been used to register for a Diamond Mine Tournament seat it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Diamond Mine Tournament seats awarded in this promotion are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Players may not transfer, sell or award their Diamond Mine Tournament seat to anyone else.
7. If the minimum number of players do not register for a given tournament, all players registered for that tournament will be automatically registered into the next day’s tournament.
8. Winning Players will automatically be registered for the next day’s tournament. If a registered player un-registers themselves from any given tournament they will not be able to re-register.
9. Only Players who play in all tournaments from Event 1 through Event 13 OR who place in the Top 4 of any Diamond Mine event will gain entry to the $10,000 Flawless Freeroll on Thursday, May 31st
10. All tournaments pay out based on the standard tournament payout structure.
11. Tower Gaming management decisions are final.

LONDON, ENGLAND, November 15, 2011 — Tower Gaming has today unveiled multiple new partnerships with Euro Cake Network and Everymatrix, aimed at offering players a better experience across all gaming offerings, and positioning for major growth in 2012.

As part of this transition, Tower Gaming has ended its six-year association with the Ongame Poker Network to join the Euro Cake Network. At the same time, Tower Gaming has integrated with the Gammatrix Management service provided by Everymatrix to ensure an expanded selection of secure payment methods, streamlining of transactions for players, and greater independence and control of fraud protection and player accounting.

The move to the Euro Cake Network means that poker players will enjoy greater transparency in their loyalty rewards, increased access to major offline poker events like the Aussie Millions and World Poker Tour, dual European/North American Primetime liquidity, and a host of new poker software features not available on the Ongame P5 platform.
