If you downloaded the movie ‘The Hurt Locker”, you may be facing a lawsuit in the near future. Voltage Pictures, the production company behind ‘The Hurt Locker’, is taking action against tens of thousands of US citizens who have downloaded the movie without paying for it. The movie was on a budget of $15 million USD, but the gross revenue was just over $40 million. I guess that’s just not enough gross profit for some people…

Do you hate cell phones and love bad art prints? If you answered “yes” to both of those questions than you’re going to LOVE this. A hangable ugly cellphone jamming print.

Swedish Pilot of 13 years – Not actually a Pilot: Good at Arts & Crafts.

When you’re an aircraft maintenance engineer, the glamorous job of being a pilot would probably pop-up in ones mind every-so-often. Rarely, I assume, would any maintenance engineer act on these boyish dreams. To quit everything and go to flight school – and maayyybe be considered for a rink-a-dink pilots job waiting years in line to fly the big boys (A300′s, 747′s…etc).

Well if you’re Thomas Salme, all you need to do to go right from the repair-pit to the 747 cockpit is a little arts and crafts.

Tens of thousands – possibly even hundreds of thousands – of PIRATES have been already or will be subpoenaed in the next few days for their swash-buckling ways. Did you happen to download The Hurt Locker? You might have some post coming to you.

If you recall, a few weeks ago I analyzed smart-phone GPS and the ultimate demise of the stand-alone GPS units. Well, as a follow up… here’s what Tom Tom has up their sleeve: Star Wars voice over.

Wow. Really? Did I just fall into a DARPA temporal worm-hole? Is this 2005 all over again?

When douchebags become “artists” – THIS happens …

When art and capitalism collide you get this: A 8″x8″x8″ cube that will sell itself the moment you put it on display.

I had an inkling; that the artist (Caleb Larsen) – much like the executives at Goldman Sachs – is a lazy, shifty neocon out to create a perpetual revenue machine. Not art. Not only was I right, he practically specializes in it. The very word “art” has been tainted…

Portrayed as a type of “graffiti”, LED throwies have become a bit of a phenomenon in recent months. In reality, it’s just a misdemeanor outlet for hipsters to feel like they’re saying something to The Man.
