Top 5 Bets of the Weekend

Welcome back to Oliver’s Corner!

I hope everyone had a nice and profitable weekend!

Goals were a plenty on the weekend, especially in the Premier League where we saw three (three!!) 6-0 score-lines.

I saw some great bets this weekend and I thought to myself that the top bets of the weekend should get some respect. So, every Monday I’ll post the best bets of the weekend here in Oliver’s Corner.

Here they are:

5. guillehn from Honduras had probably one of the most suspenseful bets this weekend when he picked the draw in the Fulham – Manchester United match. Man U looked like they were going to seal the win, but Nani could not convert his penalty, which left the door open for a late equalizer from Hangeland. Bets don’t get more dramatic (or lucky, but you have to be lucky to be good as they say) than this!

4. hageyboy69 from the UK had a multiple bet win on the weekend with five favourites, but the most impressive thing about his multiple bet was that all five winning teams didn’t concede a goal! He took Chelsea, Arsenal, Queens Park Rangers, Celtic and Falkirk. Those five teams combined for 21 goals!

3. donadoni12 from Bulgaria took a multiple ticket with PFC Levski Sofia to beat PFC Kaliakra Kavarna and called the 0-0 draw with Barrio México and Santos de Guápiles in Costa Rica. Those leagues couldn’t be more far apart but his picks were right on point!

2. el_duder_x from Germany owned the Tippeligaen this weekend in his multiple bet by taking Tromso IL to beat Odd Grenland Skien, and the over in the Honefoss BK – Stabaek IF and the Viking Stavanger – IK Start Kristiansand matches.

1. Boze14 from Germany gets the Germans a 1-2 finish this week with his multiple bet in which he dominated the Colombian league. He took Atletico Nacional de Medellín, Independiente Santa Fe and Deportes Tolima all to win for total odds of 8.16. BAM!

Congrats to the top five!

Until next time – Happy Betting!

Nevertheless, last weekend has been a huge disappointment in terms of favourits to win their (home) games …Internatinonal, Cruzeiro, Bröndby, United, Benfica. Especially Benfica….not a good omen for big european nights at the LUZ.
