Top 5 Bets of the Weekend

It was a busy weekend in sport with the Serie A and La Liga back in action! Barcelona picked up where they left off by defeating Racing Santander, while Real Madrid showed that summer signings don’t guarantee wins.

There were once again some great bets over the weekend that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Last week, guillehn, hageyboy69, donadoni12, el_duder_x and Boze14 made this top 5. This week, we have a new top 5. Here it is:

5. plankc356 from Great Britain went three for three on his multiple bet for the second straight week in the English Premier League. He’s now 11 for 13 with his Premier League picks this season. I think we should all get our advice on the Premier League from him (myself included). Maybe you can put down your picks for next weekend in comment section and help us out :)

4. Kogoto from Poland called Russia to beat Puerto Rico at the World Basketball Championship and then Espanyol to beat Getafe 3-1 on the same multiple ticket for a nice Basketball/La Liga win. Nice job, my friend.

3. Evovch from Russia showed a lot of confidence in Atletico Madrid to upset Inter 2-0 in the UEFA Super Cup. A parlay with Chelsea made that pick payout even more.

2. PowerSour420 from Canada put together an impressive ticket this weekend that featured two NFL picks and a MLB pick. He took the Twins to down the Mariners on the road, the Falcons to outlast the Dolphins in Miami and the under in the Jets – Redskins game. With the NFL season starting up in two weeks, can we get a Week One lock, PowerSour420?

1. kusskuss69 from Germany takes the number one spot this week. It’s the second straight week a German reigns supreme in the rankings. It was his upset pick of Kaiserslautern to beat the defending champions Bayern Munich on Friday night 2-0 that gave him the number 1 spot. Congrats, my man.
